Mr. Smith Goes To Washington

(an old movie... but i'm not mr. smith....)

tomorrow, me, calford, john and jessie are going to washington for a conference...

and there's gonna be some like empowering people, and starting a movement in America (North America) to overcome poverty... and i think there's also gonna be some stuff about campus outreach and evangelism and stuff...

so we're gonna be driving there tomorrow, again we almost had no ride, but God provided once again at the nick of time, so we have a car... though it's a manual, and only sarah knows how to drive... maybe i might have to learn how to drive manual before we go tomorrow morning :P

please pray for us, as we have nowhere to stay in washington... we're hoping to meet some people who will open their home for us....otherwise we might either stay overnight at an airport, or set up tents outside, or sleep on the grass or in our car :P... i have no idea... but please pray for us, that'd be soooo great!

also after the conference, we're gonna just walk around and hang out with the homeless people there, and just chill with whoever we meet on the streets... it should be fun!

man, i love the kids in the community... i love em so much. there's some highschool guys taht are cool dudes, this one guy who's sick at ball, and he looks like Dwayne Wade, but he's a really cool guy, and he's going to sheridan college in sept. and there's this other guy Dwayne, we call him 'king' cause he asked Laura to spray paint "King" on his t-shirt for king of basketball.. lol. but he's RIPPED. lol he's only in gr.11, plays football and basketball, the man is a beast, the kids call him a beast too.. jacked and everything. then there's a lotta kids from like kindergarten to gr.8 that just come and chill, and i guess they dont get any attention at home, but they just love being around john's backyard and chillin with all of us, and playin games, and talkin and hangin out. the kids are awesome...
